We invite you to enter a world of fantasy and fun, welcome to the world of TACONEO. This season we are in search of our roots, but in the most scoundrel and fun way, with a comic start by DragQueens and then the show by the magnificent dancer Daniel Caballero.

Smoked eggplant bruschetta with buffalo burrata, watercress and beetroot.
Cod esqueixada with chopped tomato and hazelnuts, Kalamata olive powder and green bean mousseline.
Free-range eggs at low temperature with truffled potato parmentier, Perol sausage and crispy Manchego crumbs.
Seconds:
Grilled octopus with creamy parsnip puree and crispy guanciale shavings.
Veal cheek braised in red wine with baby potatoes confit with aromatic herbs.
Pumpkin texture with soy sauce cured egg yolk and crunchy goat cheese.
Dessert:
Pear and almond frangipante tarte tatin with mascarpone cheese ice cream.
